Simply remove brass stopper, insert reeds and allow them to absorb the oil.
From time to time, carefully flip the reeds to refresh the aroma. The Captain suggests placing the bottle over a paper towel whilst rotating the reeds, and wiping away any drips immediately, as the oils may damage some surfaces.
In smaller spaces, use fewer reeds. Or magnify the scent by using all reeds together
